Staff are fantastic! Accommodations are old, frayed and smell. Floor was very dirty, sheets were stained, AC took forever to get the musty smell out of the room. There was dirt and dust on all surfaces that are clearly not cleaned every day, and there was hair around the room. The hotel owners need to do a complete overhaul and remodel. My family drives from NC to upstate NY frequently and this hotel is in a convenient location. We won’t stay here again until the hotel has been remodeled.

Absolutely unacceptable. It was explained to us that the reservation was not paid for thru the Expedia app. We were then charged again, but too no ones surprise, the hotel made a mistake by charging us twice We also booked this hotel for its pool, since we were here for a girls softball tournament and of course the pool was inoperable. We were not notified of this upon arrival. Why would the operator of this hotel continue too service its customers under this unacceptable standard. The company and its operator should step there game up or maybe go into another line of work for themselves.

Dirty and Moldy

From the moment we walked in, we knew this hotel was going to be a problem. The bad - No working air conditioning in the lobby, no working pool, no working air conditioning in hallways or fitness area. Moldy, dirty rooms / bathrooms with ceiling falling in and black mold. No bedding for pull out couch in rooms, was handed sheets at checkin. Carpet in the rooms was stained, hair on the flooring in all areas, pullout couch was distrusting with ripped fabric, food under the cushions. Then there was the kitchen with dead roaches crushed between the frame and the fridge door. Just a complete lack of cleanliness at this place. Was moved between three rooms, and all had the same issues. No hot breakfast, had to walk to adjacent embassy suites for food. The good - location was convenient, front desk personnel was very friendly and apologetic of the room situation. We were told that recent rains had caused problems at the hotel, clearly a known issue that hasn’t been addressed. Eventually we were given a new room at the embassy suites directly across the parking lot; so customer service in this regard was great. New room at the other hotel had some cleanliness issues, but nothing compared to the homewood suites. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here for any duration. Hilton really should be ashamed to have a hotel like this under their name.

I needed a change of environment and this hotel provided the decent venue for a gate away. The rooms are large and comfortable. You may need to bring your own cooking utensils if you plan on cooking a lot.

Worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. I was thrilled when I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. I found out shortly after I checked in why. Here are some of my observations. Went to put clothes away and the glass doors were off the tracks. Then noticed the floor lamp was broken in the living room. Not a big deal but wallpaper was coming off the wall. There were no mattress pads on the beds or covers for the pillows. A sconce was sideways on the wall. Shower was leaking. Went to get some creamer for my coffee and someone replaced with pepper. Stains on the carpet. Mold and water stains on the shower ceiling. I tried to use the gym and all equipment was broken. Miserable experience and would not recommend to anyone,
